Red Flag Procession Of Garments Workers

National garments workers federation had organized a Red Flag procession yesterday 21 st July, 2000 demanding for the implementation of 4 points M.O.U that was signed between B.G.M.E.A and Bangladesh Garments workers Unity Council( umbrella organization of 10 gaments workers federation including the National garments workers federation ) . the procession was start at 5 p.m. and was finished at 6. p. m. The procession parred the main streets of the capital city Dhaka. Before the procession, there was a short gathering . presided by Alam Kabir the gathering was addressed among other Amirul Haque Amin, Advocate abed Raja, Miss Shahida Sarker,Mr. Pintu, Mrs. Arifa and Miss Nurun Nahar.
The speakers said that- This M.O.U was signed in 1997 but till now B.G.M.E.A did not implemented. The speakers demanded imiddiate implementation of the M.O.U.
